A wooden boardwalk runs beside a shimmering blue river, and low wooden steps rise toward the Henan Arts Centre in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan. Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott said that the Arts Centre’s architecture was inspired by ancient Chinese wind instruments.
